Yes > If the cables where not both shielded, it could case this effect; if > they were both shielded, then perhaps you interchanged the connection > from the shield of ch1 with the internal wire. they are shielded and I've tripled checked them with a multimeter, the connections are fine I've redone a test: 2 identical passive electrodes, one channel at a time, the electrodes stay in place on the scalp, I just plug them on the CH1 and then on CH2, here are the results: CH1 http://imageshack.us/a/img600/6706/ch1w.jpg CH2 http://imageshack.us/a/img191/2076/ch2qf.jpg even when touching the USB, the signal on CH1 looks a bit fuzzier, I don't know.
