Capscan needs help

Dear Gentlemen, 

I have a capscan that I used for a few years on myself while I still live in the US.  When I moved back to my native Poland, something happened to it and I have not been able to use it. I went to one of those very talented guys here in Poland, who know about electronics and he opened up it for me and look into it. He knows where the problem is and has even taken pictures of the parts that have a something wrong with them. The problem is that there are no parts for it in Poland and when I contacted the manufacturer, I was told that they no longer have the parts for it either and that the people who used to make the parts are no longer around. 

I have had great help using NFB. I basically had two major brain problems once stemming from my childhood when my mentally ill mother abused me for years and I ended up having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a preschooler. It was only treated with NFB when I was in my forties  and so I had PTSD for about 40 years. To add to my suffering in life, I was shot in the eye with a BB gun at the age of 31 and I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which is really an immune system disease for 22 years. CFS has its own brain problems which are depression, panic attacks and fears which come out of nowhere. I was able to take care of most of my mental problems with NFB, and it anyone qualifies to be the "poster child" that NFB works in would be me! I wish that I had a chance to travel around the US for example and tell audiences how well NFB works, because there are a lot of people who are still not convinced that this could patients like me or those with other diseases. In other words, I wish I could be a NFB activist! I am sure that many of you understand me completely. 

I am going to be in the NYC area from the 14th to the 31st of December. I am going to show the capscan to the company that made it but since there are no parts for it, things look bleak. 

I do have the pictures of the parts that have something wrong with them and  I could send them to someone who would be interested in helping me. 

After 22 years of being ill, there is finally a cure for my immune system disorder and I will be starting the treatment in January in weekly shots. I need to work on my brain more, because the last vestiges of the PTSD are still in it and it could hamper my recovery. Let me explain why this is in simple terms. When someone has PTSD, is like having the stress hormones turned on high all the time. When the body is in Fight or Flight it is ready to fight for its very life, so the immune system is not needed. So when we have PTSD the immune system is dampened for years or as in my case for decades. I need to go back to NFB to get whatever is left over from the PTSD to stop making me sick and free me once for all so at the age of 53 I can resume a life that was stopped at the age of 31 by a BB pellet. 

Can someone help me? Can I send my capscan to somebody? Do I have to built my own system even though I have no talent in engineering? If yes, can you guys help me with this as well? 

I will be waiting for your replies with butterflies in my stomach since this very important for me.
