It's i dont know that particular device, but you are normally talking either/or 
amplitude(voltage)/frequency at the electrode site. Some systems like OpenEEG use two 
electrodes which means the signal is a representation of the mean average between the 
electrode pair.

I'm not an expert and i may not have explained this well, but hope it helps. To better 
help try doing some searching about on neuroscience and EEG interpretation.
