We don't have any more money available than you.

OpenEEG isn't really an organization. There is no funding, no hierarchy,
and very little organization. It's just a group of hobbyists, really.

If you want someone who possibly could sponsor you, look at
emotiv<http://www.emotiv.com>or
neurosky <http://www.neurosky.com>, companies that actually manufacture and
sell these devices. Emotiv has a far more advanced machine, with a great
deal more channels, but if they won't work, neurosky is an option.
