Hi Andre I have seen the posts regarding your DRL problem... As far as I am concerned, people that roll their own design should know and understand what and why they want to change things. There are 100s of things that you could have changed and without a schematic you are asking the community to guess. I normally don't bother getting involved in these discussions. Why the LF412? Do you have a whole box of them lying around? There are literally 100s of different opamps around, and believe me, there is a REASON for that, otherwise we could simply plug in a LM301, LM741 or CA3140 into every design and be done with it. I remember the LF412, but I didn't even have the datasheet in my long, long list of devices and had to download it again. The datasheet says Vmin is +3.5V and -3.5V. So in other words, it needs a minimum of 7V supply voltage. ModEEG runs with 5V and I doubt if you decided to increase the supply rails in whatever hack you are doing. How a LF412 will behave when running from a 5V instead of 7V (min) supply is anyone's guess! All the internal current sources will likely be screwed up due to insufficient voltage, thus the saturation problem. No further comments from me.
