Thank you all for the useful information. I confirm it's still possible to
buy the boards from Olimex, but I think this would not be possible any more
after the 17th of September (it's written here: https://www.olimex.com/PCB/).
The other good news is the process is now much more easy than it was
described in the guide. Instead of writing the email you can just buy your
PCBs here: https://www.olimex.com/Products/EEG/OpenEEG/

So next steps are: (1) case and cabling, and (2) electrodes. Anything I
should pay particular attention to?
