 TL;DR:
 The scientists have made a Brain-to-Brain interface between a human and a
mice, the human told the mice to wable it's tail. Sounds simple, but here
comes the trick, it was done using non-invasive technology. They could
transmit the stimuli to the mice's brain using a ultrasound technology.
 I suggest to read the article for better explanation, but we could try to
develop something of the like ( the ultrasound equipment).
