I did some more experiments with concentration. Specifically, I recorded my EEG while eating breakfast to see how my concentration varied during natural activities. I found the data to be incredibly interesting, including the important finding that "Birds beat the Internet". If you're interested, you can check out my data at: http://eeghacker.blogspot.com/2014/04/concentration-birds-beat-internet.html Has anyone else done similar natural-activity recordings of their EEG? They did a fun "new product" video where they used a MindWave (and an Arduino) to bend a plastic spoon based on the MindWave's "concentration" detector. The video made me curious about what kind of EEG signatures indicated concentration vs not-concentration. So, I brought out my EEG electronics and did some recordings. If you're interested, you can see my results at: http://eeghacker.blogspot.com/2014/04/detecting-concentration.html Fun!
