Hi All

I wanted to answer Alex by sending an excerpt from two bio-engineering
books.
My first message bounced.  So I reduced the attachment size to 342KB and
tried again.

It bounced again, giving me this message:

    Re: About electrode voltage bias

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Message body is too big: 472890 bytes with a limit of 400 KB

I must be stupid because I can't figure out how a 342KB PDF attachment and
2 lines of text can grow into 472890 bytes.

I give up!!
