Hi Ella I also bought a EEG SMT recently and I'm not an expert in the field but here you can find a method of putting the electrodes on your head and ear: http://tonis.comli.com/index.php?page=readArticle&aId=15 I also tried a similar method with a flexible head band and I get signal from the sensors.
