Hi Patrick,

I'm not sure if this will help, but according to FTDI the drivers are only conditionally supported with Windows 7 64bit (page 18: http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Documents/AppNotes/AN_119_FTDI_Drivers_Installation_Guide_for_Windows7.pdf). However, if your drivers installed successfully then maybe this isn't the problem. Good luck!
