Newbie Questions

Dear OpenEEG Community,

I have recently become very interested in developing commercial EEG
software and hardware and I have a few questions to ask.

Firstly, how large is this community? How many people am I actually sending
this too? I would like to know this to better understand what I'm getting
myself into.

Secondly, what are you all working on? Please be as vague or as specific as
you like; I am asking this to get a feel for how much progress is being
done in the field of EEG design and how quickly things are changing.

I hope that I will be able to contribute to this community and expand the
efforts of making EEG technology cheap and accessible to the curious public.
