open eeg and arduino or rasberrypi

I would like connect open eeg amplifier and arduino or rasberrypi

it mean that arduino or rasberry pi can replace digital board with arduino
or ras berry PI

so I am wondering is correct input voltage of 34-pin in the analog
board when connect with arduino or rasberry pi

in the schemetic of analog board .... 1pin - 5v, 2pin= 2v, 3pin - 2v, 5 7 9
11 13 pins - GND , ... is it correct?
