Where is it? Is it sitting next to a 120VAC 60Hz/50Hz source it might be picking up? If it's not the impedance of the electrodes, the nearest source of 120VAC 60Hz/50Hz would be the next suspect. I'm an Electrical Engineer who owned my own Factory Authorized Service Center for ten years between 1985 and 1995 in the Atlanta area and I would be interested for just that reason. However, I'm also a Nocturnal Epileptic trying to get control of these TC seizures and am currently trying to put together my own EEG here at home. I knew long ago these cell phones were going to be the perfect control stations and would easily be everything from PC's to Cameras to everything in between including my own EEG. So, I'd like to put together all such Radio Shack components for my own EEG receptors that I can attach from my head to my phone via the earpiece. To see just one of my on-going accomplishments, check out www.SpecificUV.com just to see what has been done and what I'm trying to do. Subject: Re: [Openeeg-list] Problems with Signal looks like 60Hz/50Hz noise. you might want to check the impedance of the electrodes. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kai Cramer" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, June 29, 2017 11:06:09 AM Subject: [Openeeg-list] Problems with Signal Hey guys, i build the ModularEEG with 2 Channels and im getting this Signal in the picture attached. My amplifier PCB is in a metal box and i use active electrodes von Olimex and a passive electrode as the referenz from olimex, too. Can someone explain to me why i am getting such a bad signal? my wires are shielded too...
