Acquiring Components ?

 -Hello I am an electronics/computer technician.  I am very interested in
building my own Modular EEG machine for the purposes of Neuro-Feedback
Training.
-I have the BOM from the Open EEG page however I am having a difficult time
finding the components that are on the parts list.
- I have even done searches to find the parts by copying and pasting on
google with no luck of finding the exact components; mainly IC chips, IC
sockets, Capacitors etc... I have attempted to visit the links provided
with most of them down or no longer selling these components. Can some one
point me in the right direction please. Thank you
