what is problem of *.vtk file?

Untitled Hi all and steven I want to get figure by using diamond.ctl. I read mailing list about vtk file and mayavi. I install mayavi and run example/ heart.vtk. However vtk file made from diamond.ctl doesn't run with mayavi. According to my process, I commanded unix $ mpb diamond.ctl > output unix $ mpb-data -m 2 -r -n 32 epsilon.h5 dpwr.k06.b*.h5 unix $ h5tovtk -o diamond.vtk -d data-new epsilon.h5 dpwr.k06.b*.h5 -a I add -a option beacause -a save ASCII float type at diamond.vtk. unix $ mayavi diamond.vtk & Is this right? I confirm Data typ of diamond.vtk is Field Data ( refer to vtk formats) like array. Also I have question about strange of array type. array combine one line. I confused about diamond.vtk.
