solve problem of vtk file and geometry class problem

Untitled Hi all and steven I sent you about problem of vtk file. I find my mistake and suggest correct command-line of unix. unix$ mpb-data -m 2 -r -n 32 epsilon.h5 -a unix$ h5tovtk -o diamond.vtk -d data-new epsilon.h5 unix$ mayavi -d diamond.vtk -m Axes -m GridPlane -M new -f Threshold -m IsoSurface I make picture of diamond structure. I attach this result. thank you very much for interest about my problem. Next, I want to make regular pyramid or octahedron geometry object like sphere, cylinder, block I think block-cutting method like point-defect. When each geometry object face to face, above method can bo used. Now, I want to make geometry class based on libctl. However libctl manual is not sufficient to explain. I need explain about libctl or octahedron geometry object. Thank you very much and I'm sorry about my bad english.
