some help for PCF

Dear Steven, I am a student, and I read a book about Photonic crystal fiber. I want to calculate some characters of PCF . Of course, I use the MPB. But,the examples of MPB is about Photonic Crystal, PBG is TM or TE, Kz=0. I can't use MPB for PCF, and I find a post at http://ab-initio.mit.edu/pipermail/mpb-discuss/2006-April/000020.html Unfortunately, there is a file needed , "poly.scm". Can you mail it to me.
