No h5 output file

Hello,

I try to install MPB on a computer which runs under Linux 9.10.
I installed libctl, hdf4, hdf5, and h5utils which are included in Ubuntu
packages.
The installation of MPB seems to be OK, however when I run some examples I
do not get any epsilon.h5 file. There is only a message (compiled without
HDF) in the output.
Do you have any idea what may be wrong?
