comma delimitation for Gap

I have used meep for band structue calculation and for lines of " freqs:" ,
it is easy to work with matlab to separate numbers and save them in array
because of "," delimitation.
when i use mpb , for te or tm freqs lines , there is no problem. its the
same as above but for Gap lines ,indicate position and portion of gaps, its
not easy and normal like freqs above to insert them into an array in matlab.

So it would be nice if pay attention to this and change this line in a easy
format through the next version of MPB.
