Dear Prof. Steven and MPB users,

To outline projected modes of triangular lattice of holes with a linear waveguide in dielectric, a small orthogonal supercell with defect can be used and the bands can be calculated for many k_y values of each k_x. There is a discussion about in the archieve:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00339.html
My question is that I can not fix k_x value while I run for k_y values. How should I set the geometry and basis to correct this?

(if (<= k k-hi)
  (begin
    (set! k-points (interpolate k-interp (list (lattice->reciprocal (vector3 k kymin 0))
                                                            (lattice->reciprocal(vector3 k kymax 0) ) ) ) )
(run-te)
(doit (+ k k-inc) k-hi k-inc) ) ) )
(doit 0 0.5 0.05)

Thanks in advance.

Fulya
