How to draw intersection objects and set PML

Dear All,

I need help in two problems

(1) how to draw a core-shell cylindrical object: a circular core of material A and a circular shell of material B.

(2) Though this is a pcakage for Bloch boundary condition, is there any option for setting Perfect Matching Layer in the cell?
