Hello, When configure MPB-1.4.2, I had the problem configure: WARNING: ctl.h: accepted by the compiler, rejected by the preprocessor! configure: WARNING: ctl.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ## configure: WARNING: ## Report this to [email protected]. ## configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ## checking for ctl.h... no configure: error: Couldn't find the libctl header. The installed libctl is version 3.1, with CPP="gcc -E", it gives checking for libctl dir... /home/jemmyhu/libctl-3.1/gcc/share/libctl checking for gen-ctl-io... yes checking for ctl_get_vector3 in -lctl... yes checking ctl.h usability... yes checking ctl.h presence... yes checking for ctl.h... yes checking whether libctl version is at least 2.1.1... then it hung on ..., I have no problem to build MEEP. I saw someone reported exactly the same problem a long time ago but did not find the solution http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00607.html Thanks, Jemmy -- Jemmy Hu HPC Consultant | SHARCNET | http://www.sharcnet.ca Compute Canada | http://www.computecanada.org (519)888-4567 x37854 | Univ. of Waterloo, Room: PHY-2008
