Dear MPB community:

The MPB documentation has migrated to a new home on ReadTheDocs 
<https://mpb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/>. The previous MediaWiki 
documentation has been retired and all the links now redirect to new and 
updated pages on ReadTheDocs. The documentation is in markdown format 
and has become part of the source which can be found in the "doc/" 
subdirectory. Changes to the documentation can therefore be made using a 
pull request on GitHub. Gzipped tarballs of all MPB versions are 
available on a separate Github page
