To do this I have to shift and shrink 4 holes in the lattice. I did not find a way to do it with set! geometry so I am trying to use the epsilon-input-file function. However I do not know how to generate the .h5 file. (I am not even able to open a mpb-generated .h5 file to see the structure) Can somebody help me with this ? Thanks a lot --000000000000ab59ed0570a06552 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr"><div>Hello,</div><div><br></div><div>I would like to compu= te a H0 cavitie structure in a triangular lattice.
