Elliptical cylinder and other arbitrary anisotropic figures

Dear Simpetus team and MPB users,

I'm interested to analyze geometrically anisotropic structures, e.g. a
cylinder with elliptical base in the simplest case. As far as I understand
current MPB version supports only cylinder with circular cross-section.

Have you any idea how to implement the geometric object with arbitrary
curvilinear cross-section? Could we do it by using loops?
