[ The Types Forum, http://lists.seas.upenn.edu/mailman/listinfo/types-list ] I recently got her Ph.D Thesis scanned from Microfiche by ProQuest. But unfortunately it is missing a page, page 113. This is a seminal work as she introduces the notion of Kinds. I am wondering if anyone has a complete copy in their archives please ?
