So I guess the plugins are correctly installed?

I did an 'export SG_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/scigraphica/0.9.0/plugins' and 
restarted scigraphica in that shell, but still no change.
Also SG_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/scigraphica/0.9.0 or 
SG_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/scigraphica wouldn't work.

What could I be missing?
