Library incompatibility?

Greetings

I am trying to install scigraphica-0.8.0 on RedHat 9.0 having installed
the latest gtk+ and numarray. Compiling/linking I get the following error:

Looking at the bug list, it appears that scigraphica may be incompatiable
with the latest version of numarray. Does anybody have any ideas if this
is a scigraphica problem or a python problem?
