There are also two other programs, in early stage of development but 
both usable:

Qtiplot
http://proindependent.com/soft/qtiplot.html

Labplot
http://labplot.sourceforge.net/


First one uses only Qt and derivatives, second needs KDE libs. Both 
projects depend on GSL to do data analysis and transformation.
