No menus in SciGraphica-2.0

I've downloaded and compiled scigraphica-2.0, including I think all the 
necessary supporting packages.  It compiled ok.  However, it doesn't show any 
of the menus in the main window.  There is a Worksheets tab and a Plots tab.  
Double clicking on the worksheet icon gives a worksheet editing window with 
the menu, but there is no menu in the main window, and therefore no way to 
create plots.  I've pasted the output of scigraphica --vesrion below.
