Re: Compiling problem

This is weird. Check out what's wrong with config.h. If the configure 
script find your python installation, it should be there. If you 
installed libscigraphica, there shouldn't be a problem with scigraphica. 
Maybe comparing the two config.h files in the python/numpy part should 
give you a clue. What Linux distro are you using?
