lists.sourceforge.net is blocked by bl.spamcop.net

Hello all,

i don't know the right address to write this one, so please forgive me 
flodding the list.

I just tried to change my current address to another one. To send my confirm I 
answered to the subscription mail, and got a failure mail from my ISP. He is 
blocking mail using bl.spamcop.net and so I noticed, that 66.35.250.206 
(lists.sorceforge.net) is blocked. 

Could somebody point me the right address for checking that?

It's not all about me, it is possible, that somebody subscribed here does not 
get any message from the list due to this point.
