I just found that using Numeric instead of numarray fixes everything. I 
think I'm going to switch to Numeric for good. So, you have to solutions:

1) Install and old version of numarray (0.6.1 will work)
2) remove numarray, install Numeric, recompile eveything changing 
"numarray" by "Numeric" in sg_python.c:
{"Numeric",SG_MODULE_LOAD_SYMBOLS|SG_MODULE_LOAD_REQ},
