sg CVS and problem with ./intl

Thank's for the answer on po/Makefile problem during ./autogene.sh.

I've got now a new error during the same process. When i run 
./autogen.sh i can read :

Error while building Makefile templates


What is wrong on my system?

PS: I m using CVS source on a testing debian kernel 2.6.9
