I don't have any problems using col A as x, col B as y and col C as z axis. Just try some 2D plots of the data, maybe that works (so you know if sg works well) If there are no problems with 2D plots, look at the examples on the sg website; there should also be some 3D plots for testing if 3D works. Maybe you could also post your installation (f.e. python, pygtk, numeric...). Sorry but if I can't reproduce the error I can't help you (is anybody out there using RedHat 7.2 who can reproduce it?)
