I managed to build gtkextra-2 on FC2 and came across two things:

1. the autogen.sh complains about some issues (see attached output), but 
that does not prevent building.
  My system uses aclocal and automake vers. 1.8.3, with 1.7.9 all is 
fine except the following minor warnings:

     WARNING: Using auxiliary files such as `acconfig.h', `config.h.bot'   
     autoheader: WARNING: and `config.h.top', to define templates for 
`config.h.in'
     autoheader: WARNING: is deprecated and discouraged.
     autoheader:
     autoheader: WARNING: Using the third argument of `AC_DEFINE' and

     autoheader: WARNING: More sophisticated templates can also be

2. gtkextratypebuiltins.c tries to include gtkextra/gtkcombobox.h, but 
that one's missing. Anyway, the code compiles fine when you use the
  /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk/gtkcombobox.h from gtk+ (i.e. copy it into 
gtkextra/). So I guess either gtkcombobox.h should be added to
  gtkextra/ or gtkextratypebuiltins.c should be modified to include the 
system gtkcombobox.h

Is the latest libscigraphica in CVS now? Doesn't seem so, I didn't even 
manage to run autogen.sh and create configure (even with fiddling with the
aclocal/automake versions).
Again my question, do I need the sg package as well as libscigraphica 
(once it's checked in)? I guess libscigraphica only provides the 
respective libraries, as the name implicates?
