Hello,
        Thanks for the reply. Actually I was trying to make
'configure' file using the command  'autoconf'. (Actually I am not
sure about the process)

The error is
configure.in:7: /usr/bin/m4: Non-numeric argument to built-in `divert'
autoconf: Undefined macros:
configure.in:62:AC_LIBTOOL_WIN32_DLL

really confused here. first error (/usr/bin/m4: Non-numeric argument
to built-in `divert') can be avoided using the argument
'AC_DIVERSION_NOTICE' instead of 'NOTICE'

second error I don't have any clue.

Please suggest.
