Re: cvs of gtsextra-2 fails to build

Hi Adrian,

these three type are registred the g_object way:
gtk_plot_array_get_type
gtk_plot_array_list_get_type
gtk_sheet_get_type

the other types still use gtk_type_unique() which is deprecated and is
only used in deprecated type in gtk+. All other type have been ported to
use g_type_register().

The attached types file works for now. If other types should appear in
the class hierarchy they need to be ported to the new api.

The attached new types file atleast runs and the new -docs.sgml has an
api-index and includes the hierarchy.
