 Thanks for the reply.

 I am getting anoyed by these people as they are using other lists I am
subscribed too to do the same thing.

 It is my believe that when one asks a question on a list, he or she MUST also
subscribe and try to help members of the list the same way he or she was
helped.
Based on that, I would agree that only people on the list should post.

 It would be interesting to hear others. Anyone?
