Hello,

I am trying to compile gtk+extra-2.1.1 on a system having Slackware 10.2
+ Freerock Gnome 2.12.1. Configure went on properly without any error.
When I run make, it goes on properly until I get the following error
message:

rm -f .libs/gtkpsfont.lo
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I -I.. -I/usr/include/gtk-2.0
-I/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include -I/usr/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/include/cairo
-I/usr/include/pango-1.0 -I/usr/include/glib-2.0
-I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -g -O2 -Wall -MT gtkpsfont.lo -MD -MP -MF
.deps/gtkpsfont.Tpo -c gtkpsfont.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/gtkpsfont.lo
gtkpsfont.c:31:35: fontconfig/fontconfig.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [gtkpsfont.lo] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/anand/gtk+extra-2.1.1/gtkextra'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/anand/gtk+extra-2.1.1'
make: *** [all] Error 2

What should I do to correct this?

Thanks for your help.

Anand
