Which version of GtkExtra is more stable?

Here is my dilemma.  There are clearly two different GtkExtra versions
simultaneously active
in the CVS.  There is the "traditional" one and the one that's Cairo-based.
I'd be very interested
to hear peoples' opinion as to which of the two versions is more suitable
for production use.  The
Cairo-based one is probably more modern.  But is it sufficiently stable?

Opinions are highly appreciated.
