GtkExtra docs updates and more...

Hello Adrian 

It's been a while(few years) since i've done something for gtkextra and i 
was thinking about giving it a spin. 

i'd like to update GtkExtra docs to the latest Gnome standard.
As much as i dislike writing documentation inside code , i think it must be 
done , otherwise the Linux vendors will not include docs in the packages.
(for example Ubuntu). 

I want to make a comparison between gtkextra and other grid libraries so we 
can add missing functionalities.Who knows , maybe the will include GtkSheet 
in the Gtk main tree after all. 

What do you think? Are you still interested in developing gtkextra?
