Deprecating some of GtkExtra classes

Hello Adrian

I propose to deprecate(complete removal) of the next classes in GtkExtra-3:
- GtkFileList
- GtkCheckItem
- GtkFontCombo
- GtkIconFileSelection
- GtkIconList

These features have been already implemented in Gtk 2.14.

What do you think?
