I finished GtkPlot* GtkDoc definitions .
So at his moment GtkDoc infrastructure is quite _COMPLETE_ (not taking into
account a GtkPlot tutorial - as i have said , someone who knows about it has
to write it).

First of all we need to complete all function explications!
ADRIAN, PLEASE HELP US HERE!

we need also a documentation polish: fix various typos, wrong/missing
function definitions , reordering of functions appearance , more screenshots.

Come on people, let's finish this one , so we can make a release of GtkExtra
3!

Victor
