Updated Release candidate for gtkextra 2.1.2

I have fixed an issue of applications linked to gtkextra 2.1.1 needing 
to be re-linked to 2.1.2. (if you have already re-linked 2.1.2 from the 
CVS you will need to rebuild and re-link applications)

Past source tar-balls have been copied to, and new tar-balls will now 
live inside the sourceforge gtkextra project. (rather than the 
scigraphica project)

Please download the CVS or download the release candidate tar-ball from 
the ULR below or the gtkextra web page. Run autogen.sh before making and 
testing.

Unless a show stopper appears, I aim to produce the 2.1.2 release at 
about Tue Mar 23 03:00 UTC.
