GTK3 Support?

Dear all,

I have seen that there is some activity in GtkExtra, and there was also a branch for GTK3.

Is GtkExtra now compatible with Gtk3 or is there any progress in this direction?

I tried to compile with in an Gtk3 Environment, but it seems that there are still a lot of
deprecated symbols in the sources.
