Thanks for the usual prompt response Fredy!

I took those 80 pixels of padding out in my version of the library and
it looks much better.

I'm still struggling a bit to get the sheet to come up without any
scrollbars automatically when its small enough but I think the problem
is not in the library anymore, but in my code.

Shiva

Look for the calculation of the variable "gint upper" in
_gtk_sheet_scrollbar_adjust() within gtksheet.c

We had to add an offset because something went wrong with
scrolling, changing column width or something else.
I do not know anymore.

I'm using gtksheet from gtkextra 3.1.5 and creating my sheet inside a
GtkScrolledWindow as suggested by all examples and the sample/test
code in the library.

I see that there is always a padding of blank space to the
right/bottom of the window, that I can't seem to eliminate.

I've tried changing row/col label visibility, setting the width/height
to 0, and also the show/hide functions, but that space not to be
allocated to anything, but still requested from the scrolledwindow.

Is there a way to eliminate it, so that the sheet fits snugly in the
scrolled window ?

If someone can explain to me where to look in the library, I am happy
to make a change to the library myself.

Many thanks in advance!

Shiva

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
