I can't find this in the Endnotes help files:

Upon loading Word, the Endnotes error message pops up: "The specified
Word library cannot be unloaded because it is in use."  Once Word loads,
it does NOT have the Endnotes toolbar, nor does EN appear on the
drop-down menu.

Everything was just fine until yesterday when Endnotes mysteriously
unlinked itself.  I've tried restarting Word and rebooting my computer
with no effect.  I do seem to be able to use Endnotes from its own menus
and successfully created a bibliography for the paper I'm working on. 
However, I do miss the ability to use keyboard commands while in the
Word window.

Anyone have a solution?
