Well, I thought Windows Vista was implementing some kind of computer- wide search feature, like the Macintosh technology called 'Spotlight'? On the Mac, this feature request is already implemented through Spotlight searching. Individual library entries as well as stored PDF's are searched and reported in computer-wide search results. This kind of request is generally covered at the OS level, where files are stored, so I don't think you would expect to see a replication of this inside EndNote itself. Perhaps an upgrade to a Mac is in order? ;) (Or an upgrade to Vista, if you're brave...most Windows users I know are not upgrading, they are switching.) -- Gary
